We have been raising paint
horses in the native prairie grass of southeast Nebraska for
over 30 years. A family operation run by Dale and Becky
Steinhoff with the help of our 2 sons and daughter.
Becky spends most of her time
with the 50 plus head of horse at the ranch. She travels
to horse shows all summer. The new crop of babies every
spring renews her for another year. Becky also works for
The Fort Western Stores, doing personalized embroidery work.
Dale is a auctioneer and operates
the Southeast Nebraska Livestock Market. He specializes in sheep
and goats. His sale is the largest in a five state area, and has
been for many years.
Oldest son Brian and wife Shanda live in Missouri with the
Steinhoff's two adorable grandchildren. Dakota is almost 3 and
starting to enjoy horses and riding. Watch for him in future
Lead Line classes with Grandma. Dallas is busy working on
sitting up, crawling, and cooing. She is not impressed by horses
yet but Grandma is sure they are in her future.
